Research shows that meditation can have a number of positive benefits; including quality sleep, improved moods, boost cognitive performance, increase kindness, happiness and social connections. Mary-Clare works with a range of different meditations techniques tailoring these to each individual’s needs and time affluence. Mary-Clare will guide you through your meditation, freeing your mind from wandering aimlessly and lead you to a quiet, still mind and body.

Mary-Clare designs, facilitates and leads group and one-to-one meditations for clients suffering from anxiety, fear, stress, grief, poor sleep patterns, poor concentration, low self-esteem, cultivating joy & happiness, manifesting your true desires, boosting health & vitality and general relaxation for the body, mind and soul.

She is a great believer of Mindfulness and Meditation in schools and continues to lead meditation groups for children and staff in schools, helping them to relax, de-stress, quieten the mind and gain confidence.
