Cancellation Policy

48 Hour Notice

Appointments that are unattended or are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, will still be charged at the full normal fee. I will try, where possible to rearrange less than 48 hours’ notice cancellations that are made due to serious illness or emergency, for another day within the same week, however, this is not guaranteed and subject to my availability.

This policy applies to all Retreats only that I lead 6 weeks notice must be given for any cancellations. There is also a £200 non-refundable deposit if a client is unable to attend but gives notice before the 6 weeks notice. If any clients or attendees cancel with less than 6 weeks notice, then the full payment will be charged.

I endeavour to give as much notice as possible for appointments I am unable to attend, due to holiday, illness or emergency and there will not be a charge. If you have prepaid, I will endeavour to rearrange your appointment at a convenient time for you or you may be refunded via a bank transfer.

Payment

By Bank transfer prior to session.

Payment at Neal’s Yard Reception desk via a card payment.
