What is Hypnosis?

We actually spend much of our life thinking about one thing (‘being inwardly focused’) but doing something else! You may be engrossed listening to a Podcast or reading a book, or you may be singing in the car while driving through heavy traffic. Technically, all these actions are done in a state of trance. The body knows tasks so well that the mind is freed up to ponder whatever it will.

What happens in a session?
In hypnotherapy, we will uncover the source of your issues and challenges. Your therapist will then guide you to help you achieve your goals and soul purpose. We will begin with a consultation and you will be asked to fill out a Client Confidential Questionnaire. You will be continually guided through a combination of relaxation techniques and dialogue. This can be very similar to a deep, relaxed state of meditation. Hypnosis works with your unconscious mind to reprogram your actions or emotions and rapidly transform your life. The session will be followed-up with three online zoom, coaching sessions to support and guide you further, to reach your higher goals and fulfil your life’s purpose.

Clients are recommended to attend 2-3 sessions depending on the issue. The first session is 1.5 hours and follow up sessions are 1 hour.
Smoking Cessation only requires 1 session for 2 hours.
Follow-up Coaching sessions are available to measure the success of the client and to achieve higher goals and desires.
